IBPS PO 2023 Selection Process
The selection process for IBPS PO (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Probationary Officer) involves several stages:
- Preliminary Exam: This is the first stage of the selection process, in which candidates have to qualify an online objective test. The preliminary exam consists of three sections – English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. The duration of the exam is usually 1 hour, and candidates must attain the minimum qualifying marks to proceed to the next stage.
- Main Exam: Candidates who clear the preliminary exam are eligible to appear for the main exam.
